is a globally-recognized, interdisciplinary artist, scholar, and curator. He holds a PhD from Emory University. Dr. Pecou was named a Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in 2024 by the country of France.
Rhonda Patrick
Board Manager
is a Marketing executive with multicultural perspective and a passion for fostering harmony and connections, complemented by strong skills in collaborative organization, relationship building, strategic thinking, and execution. She focuses on creating spaces for understanding race and difference.
Karida Brown
Board Member
is a distinguished sociologist, professor, oral historian, and public intellectual, Dr. Brown’s expertise lies in data-driven social science research, navigating complex global organizations, and advocating for equity and justice. As a Professor of Sociology at Emory University and a Fulbright Scholar, she brings a deep understanding of cultural narratives and social impact.
Brandon Jenkins
Board Member
is a strategic creative leader with over a decade of experience driving brand storytelling, community engagement, and experiential marketing in the nonprofit sector. He currently serves as Head of Creative at Meals On Wheels Atlanta, where he founded and leads the organization’s first in-house creative agency—transforming its brand presence and amplifying its impact across the region.
Armond Showers

A leader with over 20 years of expertise in the financial industry, Armond specializes in product management strategies and building robust business partnerships. He holds an MBA and is a Certified Treasury Professional, bringing significant financial and strategic planning capabilities.
Valerie Boucher
Founding Board Member
Valerie is the Principle of Bellwood Homes and an experienced project manager. Her leadership as President of Enviro Demolition and Abatement, a certified female-owned business, adds a strong business development perspective.
Jodine Dorce

is the Vice President of Live Events at WaitWhat, Inc.—the company behind Masters of Scale, Pioneers of AI, Rapid Response, and Meditative Story—Jodine is known for crafting unforgettable experiences that blend storytelling, culture, and connection. She is a master at curating spaces that amplify diverse voices, celebrate cultures, and empower communities.
Esohe Galbreath
COO / Founding Board Member
As the founder of Sohé Solutions, Esohe supports small businesses and creatives with accounting, finance, and organizational needs. She co-founded ArtfulATL and the Youth Artists Program, a non-profit dedicated to bridging the exposure gap for young artists.
Vikki Morrow

Vikki is the Principal of VMM Consulting - a seasoned leader with over a decade of successfully leading nonprofit organizations, after a successful career at AT&T. Vikki has a track record of effectively leading people and managing complex program initiatives.

A marketing innovator, entrepreneur, and creative director, Kembo Tom is known for his work on award-winning campaigns and as the founder of KTC Atlanta, a creative solutions agency. With over two decades of experience, he is recognized for his contributions to cutting-edge brand performances through multichannel marketing. He was honored as AdColor®’s Innovator of the Year in 2008.
