10-12 business days unless otherwise notified via email. We suggest that you communicate these times to your customer on your website, at checkout, and in your order notification.

Return Policy

ADAMA policy:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. 

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange items from your online order for a different size, please email info@philadelphiaprintworks.com.

Damaged Item Policy

If an item arrives damaged, Philadelphia Printworks will replace the damaged item at our own cost.

Shipment Lost in Transit

Philadelphia Printworks Policy:

PPW replaces any shipments that are lost in transit or marked as delivered, if the customer states they did not receive it. In the case of a lost in transit order, we can file a claim with the shipping company. Costs for shipments marked as delivered can not be recouped.
